This is the first time I have had to sell a house and knew that I
needed to meet with a couple of realtors before deciding on one. When
deciding who to talk to, I had to include Holly as I had heard her
name on TV, seen her name in print and had seen her For Sale signs.
After meeting with Holly, I knew she was the one. I was impressed
with her marketing strategy and how she explained how things would work. Holly was always
just a phone call away and was very helpful in anything I needed. She
even helped me stage the house so it would show at its best. As it
turned out, we did not even need the marketing as my house sold in the
first week it was on the market. Even though I know that does not
happen very often, I know that it would have sold fast regardless due
to what she had planned for the marketing of the property. Holly is the best!!
