We planned our visit and once we arrived she immediately made us feel at home. She has such a bubbly personality which is truly contagious. After checking out our remaining prospects, we settled on Alabama. I will attribute our decision to Holly because she made the experience a memorable one. We had our hearts set on a specific builder (Jimmy Bryan Construction). We really liked his homes, so he put us in contact with him. She guided us through the entire process as we'd never built a custom home. She also kept us up to date as the house progressed, as we were mostly communicating long distance. She responded to my emails day and night!! Holly even took pictures as our home progressed! We credit Holly with a smooth, stress-free home-buying experience. Holly McDonald is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She put our house in the market and by next day, we signed paper work to accept an offer. We had listed with another realtor for over 7 months previous to our listing with Holly. Not a single person looked at our house. I owe the quick turn-over, and so much buyer interest, to Holly's advertisement strategy. She also worked with us tirelessly to find a house within the month beige closing. We ended up liking a house that was owned by a realtor and owner who were difficult to nedgociate with. However, Holly never gave up on us owning our dream house.
