She doesn't just work 8-5 M-F. She was there to help us and work with us on nights and weekends as well. She is currently selling our previous home. Holly gave us suggestions to update our house to help it sell. She has had several open houses and uses TV commercials to help market our home. She got our house listed on ValleyMLS very quickly. This is the first time I have had to sell a house and knew that I needed to meet with a couple of realtors before deciding on one. When deciding who to talk to, I had to include Holly as I had heard her name on TV, seen her name in print and had seen her For Sale signs. After meeting with Holly, I knew she was the one. I was impressed with her marketing strategy and how she explained how things would work. Holly was always just a phone call away and was very helpful in anything I needed. She even helped me stage the house so it would show at its best. As it turned out, we did not even need the marketing as my house sold in the first week it was on the market.
